We all know that to feel good, look good and to have a body that functions well, especially as we get older, requires us to look after ourselves and our physical body.

Many health conditions are due to us having toxins in our body and constipation is one of those, along with feeling sluggish, tired and not very motivated.

If our bodies have an ongoing fight 24/7 with a continuing build up of toxins in our body, then we are not going to feel full of life and rearing to go! It's a bit like a computer or phone that you keep downloading junk and spam to and never give it a clearcut, eventually you run out of space and it will malfunction and not work for you - same with our bodies!

Not only is illness, aches and pains caused by the build up of toxins in our bodies but so is ageing.

You will have heard 'you are what you eat', and this is so true. So if you want young looking skin and to look and feel youthful then you need to detox and get rid of all the impurities from you body and skin.

Toxins in Our Bodies

Toxins do build up in our bodies over the years and what we think of as old age and having health issues as we get older comes from the build up of all these toxins in our cells. Another analogy for this is your credit card interest and how it keeps getting higher and higher every month if you don't pay it all off. Same is true for the toxins in our bodies, the level of toxicity is increasing every day if we are not actively detoxing from past toxins and doing our best to avoid taking in any new ones.

It can be very hard with polluted air, water and food to not take in any toxins, so we do need to be detoxing regularly, like daily to cleanse our bodies. 

Eating green vegetables is a good way to detox, also green smoothies with wheatgrass, chlorella or similar green detoxing foods / supplements. 

If you choose to take supplements then please do read the ingredients labels, many brands, especially the cheaper ones, are full of bulking agents, fillers and nasty things that you don't want in your body! Vegan, organic supplements are the safest to take, but they are not cheap!

In the past I have done energy work to release and revoke specific spells that have been done or spells done by specific people, as well as working on all spells and black magic being done. It makes sense to me that revoking the whole frequency of black magic is going to stop you being a flashing target for more of the same.
